Delta Sigma Theta uses the Five-Point Thrust as an organizing structure as it creates programs to benefit the African-American community. The Five-Point Programmatic Thrust includes:
In addition to our 5-Point Programmatic Thrust, Delta Sigma Theta, Sorority, Inc., Lexington (KY) Alumnae Chapter also focuses on sisterhood within the organization, programs geared toward the Lexington community and surrounding counties, and specific initiatives set forth by the Midwest Region and National Chapter.

Congratulations to the Lexington (KY) Alumnae Chapter for receiving first place for our International Awareness initiatives and second place for Physical and Mental Health at the 2022 50th Midwest Regional Conference in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Additionally, the chapter received a $2000 mini grant to implement programming to increase Covid immunization status for women. Phenomenal jobs Sorors!!
